... kind of. Cyndy and I flew up to Portland this past weekend, and I typically will have a camera in hand when I fly (at least a point 'n' shoot as in this case). Plane windows will do some funky things colorwise and claritywise to your images, but they're fun! In choronological order, here's Pyramid Lake (all of it)...

It's still warm and colorful out there!

We're certainly enjoying our weather! We're nearing December and I'm outside photographing in shirtsleeves! Is it global warming or an Indian Summer? Here's a great portrait from a few days ago. We photographed Jason and Shelly's wedding more than ten years ago (back when we did them)! Now they have two cute kid-lets!

Fall Family Day!

Yesterday morning Janelle brought in her two great kids and their new puppy Joey (it's hard to call them a puppy when they're that big at four months!)

Then in the afternoon Steve and Sandy brought in their crew - we last photographed their family in 1999! Great to see you all again!It wasn't that cold, was it guys?! ;-)

Black Ice!!!

Ok, you may be SHOCKED to know that it's been EIGHT years since there has been an AC/DC release, and even MORE shocked that your blog host cared to notice! We, this little ol' band from Australia was a pivotal musical force for this one in his high school years. It is too cool that at age 44 I can still pick up their new release! Although I had to claw my way through Wal-Mart to do it - that's the only place you can get it!

I made a pilgrimmage to Hope Valley on Saturday to do a little photography for myself. The trees were just OK in Hope Valley, but I found some really neat stuff farther down in Carson Canyon.

Twins are twice the fun!

Cari brought her twin girls for an afternoon of fun on Friday! Our fall colors are looking great! It's a little behind schedule this year, perhaps due to the warm weather that has been hanging around. You never can tell with Mother Nature!
